The Process

 

 

STEP 01

 

Fill out the form

To get started, simply fill out the contact form on my website and share a little bit about your day. I’d love to hear all the details - whether it's your wedding location, timeline, or the vibe you’re going for. This is a great way to give me an idea of your plans and for you to start the conversation!

STEP 02

 

Call or meet up

Once I’ve received your form, we’ll schedule a quick call or meet up in person. This is where you’ll tell me more about your plans and where I’ll learn about you as a couple. It’s important to me that we connect before the big day, so you can get a feel for my style and I can make sure I’m the right fit for your vision.

STEP 03

 

Secure your date

If you feel that I am the photographer for you and you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over a contract for you to review. Once the contract is signed and the non-refundable £300 deposit is paid, your wedding date is officially secured! At that point, you’ll also receive your exclusive wedding guide, packed with posing tips, recommended suppliers, and helpful info to make your day even more memorable.

STEP 04

 

Pre Wedding Consultation

 

 

 

A couple of months before the wedding, we’ll have another chat to go over all the final details - timings, group shots, any special requests, or last-minute changes. I’m happy to do this over a call or a coffee (any excuse for coffee).

 

 

 

STEP 05

 

Wedding Day

 

 

 

 

This one’s simple - on the day, I’ll be there capturing all the moments as they happen. No need to worry about a thing.

 

 

 

 

STEP 06

 

Delivery of photos

Within 24 hours, you’ll receive some preview images to give you a sneak peek of the day. The full gallery will be ready within 6-8 weeks and you’ll have access to it via a password-protected online gallery which you can share with family and friends. The gallery includes a built-in slideshow to relive your day and an easy-to-use store where you can purchase fine art prints to preserve those memories for years to come.
